JOLI integrates with Hospitable. When a reservation confirms on one of your properties, your guest receives a personalised trip plan built around their stay: dining, experiences, and notes on the neighbourhood they're landing in. You don't lift a finger.

Guest books
On reservation confirmation, we message your guest directly through their booking inbox: Airbnb, Vrbo, or wherever they booked.

Guest builds their plan
Two minutes in, a full trip plan out. Personalised to their dates and taste.
What your guests get
Dining worth the detour. Activities chosen for the day they're free. Notes on the neighbourhood: where to start, where to end up, what to skip. Written like a friend who knows the place, not a search engine that doesn't.
And after the message
The link opens with their destination and dates already filled in. A short conversation, then a plan built for their trip — delivered the same day, before they arrive. They can refine it as they go: swap a recommendation, rework a day, ask why we chose what we did. No account required to start, and the plan is theirs to keep.
The message your guest receives
Guests are not obligated to use JOLI. If they choose to build a plan, it costs £5 for a single trip.
What hosts see
A Connect button on the JOLI listing in the Hospitable Apps Marketplace. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain. One pre-arrival message per reservation, in the Hospitable inbox you already use. Guest support questions come to JOLI — not to you.
Who's behind it
JOLI is an editorial travel company. Our recommendations come from writers who live, eat and travel where they write about, shaped by AI for each guest's specific stay. You get the scale; they get the taste.
What JOLI can access
JOLI only accesses what it needs to send the guest message: property details, reservation details, and messaging. JOLI does not modify your calendar, pricing, availability, or any other account settings.
Common questions
Does this cost hosts anything?
No. Free to connect, free to run.
Will this conflict with my own guest messaging?
No. JOLI sends one pre-arrival message per confirmed reservation, and you can read it in the thread like any other.
Can a guest opt out?
Yes, simply by not clicking the link. There's no follow-up.
What if I want to stop?
Disconnect JOLI from your Hospitable Connected Apps page. One click, immediate, for all future reservations.
Who handles guest support?
JOLI does. Guests write to info@jolicollective.net.
How to disconnect
Go to the Apps section in your Hospitable account, find JOLI Collective, and click Disconnect. JOLI will stop messaging your guests immediately.
