How it works

You connect — 30 seconds

Find JOLI in the Hospitable Apps Marketplace, click Connect, and authorise. That's it. No account to create, nothing to configure.

Guest books — automatic

When a guest confirms a booking on one of your properties, JOLI sends them a single message through their booking platform inbox — Airbnb, Vrbo, or wherever they booked.

Guest builds their plan — two minutes

The guest clicks the link, answers a few quick questions about what they're into, and receives a curated plan — specific restaurants, experiences, and local recommendations tailored to their destination and dates.

What your guests receive

One message in their booking inbox after their reservation is confirmed. It looks like this:

Hi Sarah, your host recommends JOLI Collective for your trip to Lisbon — a personalised plan with curated dining, experiences, and local recommendations built around your stay. It takes two minutes.

Guests are not obligated to use JOLI. If they choose to build a plan, it costs £5 for a single trip.

What JOLI can access

JOLI only accesses what it needs to send the guest message — your property details (destination, location), reservation details (guest name, dates), and messaging (to send a single recommendation). JOLI does not modify your calendar, pricing, availability, or any other account settings.

How to disconnect

Go to the Apps section in your Hospitable account, find JOLI Collective, and click Disconnect. JOLI will stop messaging your guests immediately.
