Who we are

JOLI Collective is a curated travel platform operated from the United Kingdom. We help people with discerning taste find boutique stays that match their sensibility. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

Your email address when you sign up. Search queries and preferences shared with MILO during a session. Collections and saved stays. Anonymous session IDs stored locally. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.

How we use it

To power MILO's search and personalise results. To manage your account and membership. To send transactional emails only — not marketing unless you opt in. To improve our curation quality.

Third-party services

JOLI uses Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (search), and Anthropic (MILO's voice). Each operates under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@jolicollective.net and we'll respond within 30 days.
