What JOLI is
JOLI Collective is a curated discovery platform — not a booking engine. Bookings happen directly with properties. JOLI is not party to any booking transaction.
Using the platform
You may use JOLI for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not scrape, resell, or reproduce our curated property data. Abuse may result in account suspension.
Membership & payments
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period — no partial refunds. Concierge fees are non-refundable once a shortlist is delivered. All prices in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable.
MILO & AI content
MILO's responses are AI-generated from our curated database. Property details should always be confirmed directly before booking. JOLI accepts no liability for inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations.
Limitation of liability
JOLI is not liable for any loss arising from bookings made on the basis of our recommendations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
